Ingredients
20ml G’Vine Esprit de June,
20ml East London Dry Gin,
15ml Fresh lemon juice,
15ml Homemade Cordial from saffron, oranges, Amalfi lemons, and hazelnuts,
Splash soda water
Garnish
Fresh berries and herbs
Directions
Cold shake all of the ingredients in a shaker,
Strain into a chilled coupette glass filled with crushed ice,
Garnish wildly.
