25ml Strawberry-radish cordial,
25ml Verjus PUR extra sauer,
10ml Ingwerer ginger liqueur,
1ml Pernod Ricard Absinthe,
1ml Homemade Pink Pepper-Tinktur,
50ml Schweppes Dry Tonic
Garnish
1 Spiral cut radish
1 Fresh strawberry
Directions
Cold shake the cordial, Verjus, Grey Goose und Ingwerer ginger liqueur,
strain into a tumbler and wash with Absinth,
fill with Schweppes Dry Tonic and top with Pink Pepper-Tinktur.
